GENERAL TERMS
• Do not use my works for anything related to AI, NFTs or etc.• Do credit the artist when posting• I have rights to reject your commission request if I cannot deliver or am uncomfortable with it• I will send and update you regularly on your commission weekly• If I am working with a few different commissions at the same time, do understand if there is slow progress• Completion time may vary from 2-8 weeks depending on intricacy and type of commission style and may be even longer if its a big project• Major changes can only be done during the sketching and finalized sketching stage, only minor changes are allowed once I start on the final rendering• All commissions are not first come first serve basis as each piece is different
PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY
• I accept Paynow and Paylah for locals payment
• And Paypal for international payment
• All prices are in SGD
• A 50% installment fee must be made to solidify your commitment
•The remaining 50% will be paid only once the commission is done
Revision fee:
• All pieces are allowed up to 3 times of any major changes before the rendering phase
• Any more and there will be a 5% charge per any additional change
• Minor changes are only allowed during the rendering stage but if I deem it to be too much, there will be additional fee
Refund:
• Deposit fee is non-refundable
• If you are MIA for long periods of time or wish to back out halfway, no refund will be made
